We do not host club style parties. If you are planning an event for guests who will be largely intoxicated, we are not the venue for you.
Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted in the venue or within 25 ft of the doors. No exception to this. Additional cleaning fees/fine will be charged if this happens and the guests will be asked to leave. We will end an event if these rules are not being followed.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
No pets/animals without prior approval (24 hours minimum)
There is a $200 cleaning fee for most events. Cleaning fees may vary depending on the event. Damage Deposit may apply.
All events need to be vacated from the property by 12 AM (all persons, rentals, decorations, trash, and glassware).
We are a venue only. Our guests have the freedom to coordinate vendors as they wish. We are happy to give our list of recommendations.
Please contact us before booking with details of your production/event. Depending on the type, number of people, etc. a different rate and/or cleaning fee may be required.
Please respect the space and leave it how you found it. Renters are responsible for any and all damages.
All ages are allowed in the space.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 15 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 15 days and 5 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 5 days before the Event start times are not refundable.
